Friday Favourite- getting back to basics.
Happy New Year!
May 2016 be all that you wish for and more!
Food Matters wishes for you a calm, organized, healthy and joy filled year.
I don't know about you but I am FULL to the brim from eating! This time of the year always manages to defeat me! As always, on the bong of midnight on New Year’s eve, I make various promises to myself – most of which I break before 1am!
New year's resolutions can make you feel really guilty when you don't keep them – one of the most common new year's resolutions is – " I am going to be more healthy, I am going to lose weight, I am going to get fit!"
I challenge anyone to say they haven’t made a similar resolution at some point in their lives!
So this year, to help you to keep those resolutions as best you can, we are sharing one of our favourites from the Tim Noakes Meal Revolution Recipe Book. This recipe is all about the good things - it's sugar-free, low carb and only takes a couple minutes to prepare.
So, get back to basics with this delicious healthy granola recipe which will surely fortify you for your approach to this brand new year!
