Events Catering: Weddings
It has been another busy weekend on the Food Matters calendar!
For a stylish wedding this past week we prepared canapés with marinated prawns served in shot glasses, smoked salmon crostini, salt and pepper squids and a twice baked soufflé with a creamy cheese sauce as luscious starters.
For the main course we combined confit deboned shoulder of lamb with rosemary jus served with butter bean puree & tender stem broccoli.
The evening was rounded off with a late night snack of whole roasted gammon with garlic mayo and mustard.
