Information Catering Staff Accommodation
We will need accommodation for the night (not backpacker style) of the wedding and Breakfast the next morning. Transport of Catering Equipment, Catering Staff, and staff travel allowance (8 hours travel and 10 hours working time of 12 x catering staff and drivers - 2 vehicles) .

Please ask your electrician to supply 10 Power points on a DB Board for --

We will also make use of gas -

Stretch tent or marquee and central overhead florescent lighting installed
6m x 9m Tent or Double Garage with easy access to off load & unpack where we can drive & pack our refrigerated trailers & vans with equipment.
It must have lights, easy access to potable water
15 trestle tables
10 Plastic Chairs
1 green wheelie bin
Waiters
Waiters are R990 each (8hrs)
1 head waiter is R1500 (8hrs)
Scullery staff are R990 each (8hrs) per 50 guests
Transport for Waitrons:R3000
Depending on final number of guests and the wedding venue
Staff Toilet
A proper decent toilet with a working light inside with running water, soap, toilet paper & hand paper, – Hygiene is very important for us and with the waiters & barmen etc there are many people needing access to toilets & hand washing
Food Matters will supply Meals for the Catering staff
Other Meals for service providers
To be discussed and numbers collated - Waiters, Vendors, Maids,Janitors,Security,Barmen, Children’s meals - E.g. Lasangne & Roll or Roast Chicken & Coleslaw with a roll

Site Visits/ Inspection
This is necessary for a venue we have not worked at before and especially a private home.
Cost will be R500 per hour or part thereof and travelling fee of R12 per km will apply
Should you wish to accept our terms and conditions and move forward with a quote we will require a Non-refundable deposit of R3000 to begin the process of discussing menus etc We will then accept the following when you confirm our services Kindly sign and return our terms and conditions agreement below together with your proof of payment for us to confirm your booking.
Terms and Conditions:
Please pay a R10000 Non- refundable booking fee which will serve as confirmation of your booking. We will accept payment as tacit acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Use your name & wedding date as payment reference .
We require final payment in full 3 weeks before the wedding when you confirm your final numbers and your guest’s menu choices where applicableThis quote is based on this date and the number of guests indicated above and may be subject to review in the event of changes to either the date or number of guests.
Numbers may not decrease after this
Please don’t forget to include all vendors & service providers who expect to be fed
We invoice additionally for hours worked at functions or last-minute number increases
We require120 days’ notice for cancelling or postponing the function.
